The basis of life is food . The Chinese have in their culture food as a way to keep their health and that of their animals in harmony. In this course we will study the Chinese tradition of using food to stay healthy and even to treat different health problems.

It will be presented both the ways to make a correct therapeutic feeding , as well as the use of each food to treat the different processes. A new knowledge in a basic life situation for all living beings.
